Tyler Lennon is the owner and founder of 44 Sports Connect; his focus is on fostering connections, promoting leadership development, and providing tailored travel solutions for businesses, Sports Directors, Coaches, Athletes, and Parents within the Sports World.

 

Tyler is a Connector, Developer, and Guide, a journey he has embarked upon with a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit. His path is marked by a dedication to service, a pursuit of personal growth, and a commitment to assisting others by linking them to solutions that address their needs.

 

Tyler’s rich tapestry of life experiences has uniquely equipped him for this next phase of his life. He has served as a Pastor and President of a Non-Profit and Safely organized and directed several hundred people from all walks of life on over 60 international and domestic service trips. He owned a stand-up paddle company and safely organized and instructed several hundred people from all walks of life to conquer their fears and learn how to properly paddle and surf in the open ocean.  Before moving to TN, he worked the last seven years in Executive Protection for high-profile entertainment industry clients. These varied roles have allowed him to develop an ability to engage with people, solve problems, optimize situations, connect, lead, coach, train, teach, protect, guide, and encourage.

 

As a sports enthusiast and a devoted father to his young, athletic son, who wears his dad’s old number 44, Tyler was inspired to launch 44 Sports Connect. His desire to be a present and supportive father fuelled this initiative while leveraging his life experiences in a new business venture. The primary goal of 44 Sports Connect is to support and connect sports businesses, athletes, coaches, sports directors, and parents with solutions in areas such as College Recruiting, Leadership Development, and Travel Consulting.
